Just one day before the winter solstice on December 20, 2022, Jupiter, the planet of expansiveness and luck ushered us into a new year with the restless energy of ambition, and an urgency to move forward. Jupiter in Aries is a new beginning for all of humanity. According to astrologer Joni Patry, "the outer planets transcend this world, and those born with these planets closely aligned have an important purpose to help the world grow and transform."

When I was born on April 2, 1948 at 8:38 A.M, in Chicago, Illinois, Pluto, Saturn and Mars were "aligned" (in conjunction) in my third house of Leo. 

Saturn "aligned" (conjunct) with Pluto means a person with a "spiritual mission for a spiritual magician who will make far reaching and long-lasting effects on the environment whose ideas and projects will have a transforming effect upon the world because of his ability to channel spiritual powers through structured systems. 

 Mars is "aligned" (conjunct) with Pluto which means" "Tremendous energy and power in actions with a great power of regeneration which will make possible a spiritual leadership in improving the affairs of humanity. Because of his spiritual reserves he is able to tap the energy of universal power." 

Mars is also "aligned" (conjunct) with Saturn which means: "fortunate in being able to use your energy constructively which can mean great accomplishments because you don't waste energy on unproductive efforts. You know how to use your talents purposefully for specific objectives...able to accomplish a great deal with an economy of effort..and use the most simplistic approach in solving problems. You represent the ideal inn terms of balance  between aggression and self control."

My goal for 2023 is to "help the world grow and transform." The "outer planets"( of Pluto and Saturn) "transcend this world."
