​The Associated Press: 'DOOMSDAY CLOCK' moved 10 secs closer

Washington-The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists says the world is closer to Armageddon than it has ever been.

The science-based advocacy group is moving its famous Doomsday Clock to just 90 seconds before midnight. That's 10 seconds closer to striking 12 than last year.

The group Tuesday says the big reason is Russia's invasion of Ukraine and Vladimir Putin's veiled threats about nuclear weapon use.

The scientists say other existential threats include nuclear weapon increases in China, uranium enrichment in Iran, missile tests in NOrth Korea, bio-threats such as pandemic or lab accident and worsening climate change.

No doomsday has happened yet.

MY REEL LIFE:
2023 has arrived and I can’t help but wonder what it will bring and how we, individually and collectively, will respond. This year carries the numerological energy of seven, which is said to represent fullness in life.
There are seven chakras, seven colors in a rainbow, seven wonders of the old world, and seven days in a week to name a few important sevens. The numerological value of seven is associated with synchronicity, spirituality, intuition, inner wisdom, and biblically it’s related directly to Creation. Seven appears 735 times—54 times in the Book of Revelation alone.
2023 has real potential. But what will we do with that potential? Will we recognize synchronicity in our lives and how it can direct us? Will we rely on our inner wisdom to solve issues? Will we follow our intuition when we face an obstacle in our path? Will we learn from the past several years of isolation that the spirit must be nurtured? Will we pursue our connection to the Divine?
I hope the energy of this year can help us heal and recover from the past few years and that we look deeper into the realms of existence beyond the material plane we are accustomed to that we may enjoy the wholeness of all that is.

Just one day before the winter solstice on December 20, 2022, Jupiter, the planet of expansiveness and luck ushered us into a new year with the restless energy of ambition, and an urgency to move forward. Jupiter in Aries is a new beginning for all of humanity. When I was born on April 2, 1948 at 8:38 A.M, in Chicago, Illinois, Pluto, Saturn and Mars were "aligned" (in conjunction) in my third house of Leo. 

Saturn "aligned" (conjunct) with Pluto means a person with a "spiritual mission for a spiritual magician who will make far reaching and long-lasting effects on the environment whose ideas and projects will have a transforming effect upon the world because of his ability to channel spiritual powers through structured systems. 

 Mars is "aligned" (conjunct) with Pluto which means" "Tremendous energy and power in actions with a great power of regeneration which will make possible a spiritual leadership in improving the affairs of humanity. Because of his spiritual reserves he is able to tap the energy of universal power." 

Mars is also "aligned" (conjunct) with Saturn which means: "fortunate in being able to use your energy constructively which can mean great accomplishments because you don't waste energy on unproductive efforts. You know how to use your talents purposefully for specific objectives...able to accomplish a great deal with an economy of effort..and use the most simplistic approach in solving problems. You represent the ideal inn terms of balance  between aggression and self control."

My goal for 2023 is to "help the world grow and transform." The "outer planets"( of Pluto and Saturn) "transcend this world."
