Getting ready to move forward on social media to bring a healing to the planet and its humanity. I have been consulting the Oracle of the I Ching/Book of Changes since 1969.  I have been inquiring of the universe about the timing of my emergence onto the world stage. In 2016 the I Ching told me:”On your day you are believed.”
 
So, on this sacred 28th day of the 10th  month I was given a very positive sign that my “day” is almost upon me.  I now have an ally (Martha) who is adept at social media and will help me to bring our platform of collective thought for change to the world; aka “Mind technology.” Mark Zuckerberg can have his “meta-verse” as it is already obsolete before it even gets launched. Take that at “face-book” value. The spiritual world of Soul Book is the new Universe for planet earth.
 
An I Ching Oracle reading is a measurement of the energetic frequency of the soul and at that moment in time that the coins are tossed, and a hexagram formed, the soul’s frequency is decoded in understandable terms and images.  The hexagram that my soul drew was the 46th hexagram called Sheng / Pushing Upward.  Since there are changing lines a Follow Up hexagram is formed for a deeper reading, understanding and comprehension.

The lower trigram, Sun, represents wood, and the upper, K’un, means the earth. Linked with this is the idea that wood in the earth grows upward. In contrast to the meaning of Chin, PROGRESS (35), this pushing upward is associated with effort, just as a plant needs energy for pushing upward through the earth. That is why this hexagram, although it is connected with success, is associated with effort of the will. In PROGRESS the emphasis is on expansion; PUSHING UPWARD indicates rather a vertical ascent-direct rise from obscurity and lowliness to power and influence.    
 
THE JUDGMENT
 
PUSHING UPWARD has supreme success.  
One must see the great man.
Fear not.
Departure toward the south
Brings good fortune.
 
The pushing upward of the good elements encounters no obstruction and is therefore accompanied by great success.  The pushing upward is made possible not by violence but by modesty and adaptability.  Since the individual is borne along by the propitiousness of the time, he advances. He must go to see authoritative people. He need not be afraid to do this, because success is assured.  But he must set to work, for activity(this is the meaning of the “south”) brings good fortune.
 
THE IMAGE
 
Within the earth, wood grows:
The image of PUSHING UPWARD.
Thus the superior man of devoted character
Heaps up small things
In order to achieve something high and great.
                                                    
 
Adapting itself to obstacles and bending around them, wood in the earth grows upward without haste and without rest. Thus too the superior man is devoted in character and never pauses in his progress.
 
THE LINES
 
Nine in the second place means:
 
If one is sincere,
It furthers one to bring even a small offering.
No blame.
 
Here a strong man is presupposed. It is true that he does not fit in with his environment, inasmuch as he is too brusque and pays too little attention to form. But as he is upright in character, he meets with response, and his lack of outward form does no harm. Here uprightness is the outcome of sound qualities of character, whereas in the corresponding line of the preceding hexagram it is the result of innate humility.
 
Six in the fourth place means:
 
The king offers him Mount Ch’i.
Good fortune. No blame.
 
…..This indicates a stage in which pushing upward attains its goal. One acquires fame in the sight of gods and men, is received into the circle of those who foster the spiritual life of the nation, and thereby attains a significance that endures beyond time.
 
 
Six in the fifth place means:
 
Perseverance brings good fortune.
One pushes upward by steps.
 
When a man is advancing farther and farther, it is important for him not to become intoxicated by success. Precisely when he experiences great success it is necessary to remain sober and not to try to skip any stages; he must go slowly, step by step, as though hesitant. Only such calm, steady progress, overleaping nothing, leads to the goal.

Miscellaneous notes
 
That which pushes upward does not come back.
 
On the face of it this hexagram is very favorably organized. The movement of the upper trigram K’un is downward, hence the lower trigram Sun(penetration, wood) strives unhindered toward the top.
 
Commentary on the decision
 
“...One must see the great man. Fear not,” for it brings blessing….what is willed is done….these are preconditions of the time...to achieve great success...The reason for success is not an earthly but a transcendental one...the favorableness of the conditions comes from the invisible world; we must make the most of them, through work...steady, imperceptible progress.
 
Before we move on to the follow up hexagram #31 Hsien / Influence (Wooing) let’s summarize the energetic frequency of my soul in its quest to save humanity from its illusional and dualistic destructive self.
 
Pushing Upward is:

*Most all these energies of my soul in this reading are supported by my astrological horoscope. Each and every one. For example:
 
 “the conditions comes from the invisible world.” Moon in the 8th House means: “Strong sensitivity to unseen forces.” Pluto in the 3rd house means: “..aided by an inspiration of unknown origin...aided by obscure forces.”
 
“Propitiousness of the time..” Sun trine Saturn means: “A knack for doing the right thing at the right time to achieve the best results.”  Sun trine Pluto means: “Insight into situations that let him know just when and where to act.” Sun trine Saturn means: “He has the moral stamina to carry any project determined onto a successful conclusion.”
 
“One acquires fame..” Mars sextile Uranus means: “He will achieve fame through unique contributions in universal fields.”

THE JUDGMENT
 
Influence. Success.
Perseverance furthers
 
Heaven and earth attract each other and thus all creatures come into being. Through such attraction the sage influences men’s hearts, and thus the world attains peace. From the attractions they exert we can learn the nature of all beings in heaven and on earth.
 
 
THE IMAGE
 
A lake on the mountain.
The image of influence.
Thus the superior man encourages people to approach him
By his readiness to receive them.
 
The image counsels that the mind should be kept humble and free, so that it may remain receptive to good advice.
