When will the planetary shift in consciousness occur? Can this future event be predicted? I have repeated the words of Jesus many times. When the disciples asked Jesus about his “second coming” he replied: “only God knoweth the hour.”

When circumstances demand the need for a messiah or an energy that will heal the planet and shift the consciousness from duality to oneness, from hate to love, from division to unity the  I Ching oracle will measure the rate of vibration of my soul as being ready to meet the planetary need and not before then.

The November 2, 2023 blog instructed me to “standstill” with hexagrams 22 and 52.

The April 2, 2023 I Ching reading on my 75th birthday was the First hexagram of the Creative  above and below with 9 in the 2nd place, 9 in the 3rd place and 9 in the 4th place.

When I am vibrating at the required vibratory frequency needed for planetary salvation I will draw 9 in the 5th place which means.

“Flying dragon in the heavens.
It furthers one to see the great man.

Here the great man has attained the sphere of the heavenly beings. His influence spreads and becomes visible throughout the whole world. Everyone who sees him may count himself blessed. Confucius says about this line:

‘Things that accord in tone vibrate together. Things that have affinity in their inmost natures seek one another. Water flows to what is wet, fire turns to what is dry. Clouds(the breath of heaven) follow the dragon, wind (the breath of earth) follows the tiger. Thus the sage arises, and all creatures follow him with their eyes. What is born of heaven feels related to what is above. What is born of earth feels related to what is below. Each follows it’s kind.’”

If all the lines are 9’s (the Receptive) this would be another confirmation that “standing still” is no longer required.

THE SOLUTION TO A PERMANENT AND LASTING PEACE BETWEEN ISRAEL, PALESTINE and the WORLD was written by Bruce in 2017 during the last conflict between Hamas and Israel.

November 11, 2023. "President Erdogan of Turkey called for an international peace conference to find a PERMANENT SOLUTION to the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians. He said: 'What we need in Gaza is not pauses for a couple of hours, rather we need a permanent cease fire.' "* I offer that "permanent solution."

*"A temporary suspension of fighting, typically one which peace talks take place. A truce."

Until Hamas recognizes Israel's right to exist in their heart of hearts a "cease fire" is meaningless and will resolve nothing. Hamas may be incapable of a change of heart and mind. Maybe a Hamas surrender and humiliation is the only path to peace. Like the surrender of Japan in World War II.  Remove the cancer. There is no justification for hate. Israel must recognize Palestine as a state and Palestine and the other Arab nations that also vow to destroy Israel must recognize Israel's right to exist.

The "permanent solution" has been found, is available now, and the conflict can end immediately.

A "permanent cease fire" will do nothing as long as Hamas and other mal-aligned countries vow to destroy Israel. A "two state solution" is only possible between the two states. If Hamas and other nations hostile to Israel's legitimate right to exist continues a greater conflict is inevitable. If Hamas recognizes Israel's right to exist Palestine can become a legitimate state and peace will ensue. Fat chance but anything is possible. There have been many impossible conflicts that got resolved. Northern Ireland as an example.

This is a thousands of years old conflict that only Love and forgiveness  can resolve. There is no other way. 


"Qatar's Emir said his country, where several Hamas leaders are based, is seeking to MEDIATE the release of Israeli hostages and hopes a humanitarian truce would be reached soon."

My "Solution" supports "mediation" but the "release of Israeli hostages" is a bandaid and will solve nothing. A "truce" will only prolong the inevitable future  attacks  by Hamas on Israel over and over again. The only "solution" is Love. Love is the only thing that can conquer hate. It is the only humanitarian solution.

Israel and Hamas at war. No end in sight. Time for an I Ching Oracle reading.  I drew the 22nd hexagram of Grace with nine in the first place. The image is the clinging flame Li below the mountain Ken above.  Keeping Still. 

The follow up hexagram is #52 with Ken above and Ken below.  A doubling of the trigrams. Keeping Still above and below. "When the outer world stops responding stop seeking and turn within. 

The object of your enquiry is currently in an immovable condition. If you are expecting to hear from someone or get an answer, the time is not right...if your question involves making a move, it is probably not the right time. If There are times of advancing forward and times of keeping still one does not permit the thoughts to go beyond the situation...when you lose your sense of stillness, you lose the self and become lost in your surroundings. To find the self, you need only recapture your sense of stillness."

I thought that since the rewrite of My Past Life As Jesus- An Autobiography of Two Lifetimes (2001) was complete and now entitled Messiah For Hire-Curriculum Vitae Parts 1-10 and with the Middle East at war it was time for a Messiah. Not so fast. God has spoken. "Stand down and 'stand still' ". The doubling of the meaning of Keeping Still was to make doubly sure I got the message and not move forward under any circumstances. The universe has spoken: loud and clear.
