Israel and Hamas at war. No end in sight. Time for an I Ching Oracle reading.  I drew the 22nd hexagram of Grace with nine in the first place. The image is the clinging flame Li below the mountain Ken above.  Keeping Still. 

The follow up hexagram is #52 with Ken above and Ken below.  A doubling of the trigrams. Keeping Still above and below. "When the outer world stops responding stop seeking and turn within. 

The object of your enquiry is currently in an immovable condition. If you are expecting to hear from someone or get an answer, the time is not right...if your question involves making a move, it is probably not the right time. If There are times of advancing forward and times of keeping still one does not permit the thoughts to go beyond the situation...when you lose your sense of stillness, you lose the self and become lost in your surroundings. To find the self, you need only recapture your sense of stillness."

I thought that since the rewrite of My Past Life As Jesus- An Autobiography of Two Lifetimes (2001) was complete and now entitled Messiah For Hire-Curriculum Vitae Parts 1-10 and with the Middle East at war it was time for a Messiah. Not so fast. God has spoken. "Stand down and 'stand still' ". The doubling of the meaning of Keeping Still was to make doubly sure I got the message and not move forward under any circumstances. The universe has spoken: loud and clear.
