In a 1998 memo to his collegues Brett Kavenaugh decided the President (Clinton) deserved to be forced from office for "his pattern of revolting behavior" and the "sheer number of his wrongful acts. The President has disgraced his office...he has lied to his aids. He has lied to the American people. I'm strongly opposed to giving [him] any break...unless he either resigns or...issues a public apology..." 

"The President,(Clinton)" Kavenaugh argued, "engaged in a conspiracy to obstruct justice." The Constitution says the President can be impeached for treason, bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors.  While scholars disagree on how to define an offense that warrants impeachment, most maintain it involves a significant abuse of power by the President..."

On August 21, 2018 Donald Trump's personal attorney Michael Cohen pleaded guilty to eight felonies telling a federal judge that Trump had personally directed him to pay off two women to keep quiet about alleged extramarital affairs "for the purpose of influencing the election." Cohen's admissions contradicted all the dissembling stories Trump, Guliani and White House press secretary Sarah Sanders had told about the payments.

Donald Trump: "Where's the collusion? You know they're still looking for collusion, where's the collusion? Find some collusion. We want to find the collusion." West Virginia rally.

Michael Cohen's attorney Lanny Davis answered Trump's question. "Mr. Cohen has knowledge of certain subjects that should be of interest to the special counsel, and is more than happy to tell the special counsel all he knows." Davis told MSMBC's Rachel Maddow "not just about the obvious possibility of a conspiracy to collude and corrupt the American democracy system in the 2016 election, which the Trump Tower meeting was all about, but also knowledge about the computer crime of hacking and whether or not Mr. Trump knew ahead of time about the crime and even cheered it on.

He accused his former lawyer Michael Cohen of lying under pressure of prosecution as his White House grappled with allegations that the president had orchestrated a campaign coverup to buy the silence of two women who claimed he had affairs with them.


Donald Trump has lied to the people over 2,000 times since he took office. On the eve of the fall of Babylon King Nebuchanezzar had a dream and in the dream the words appeared to him which translated to mean: "The handwriting is on the wall."  It is obvious. The "handwriting is on the wall" for Donald Trump. It's over!
