On this day President Trump addressed Congress. A landmark case favoring a homeowner in a foreclosure action with Bank of America prevailed at the Hawaii Supreme Court breathing life into the PenniMac Bank V Elise S. Travis foreclosure action. Bank of America did not possess the original promissory note when it filed its foreclosure action. The same is true in the Travis case. JP Morgan Chase never possessed the Travis promissory note.
